Jane Fonda's 1992 Complete Workout (originally released in 1988) was designed by Jane as the new complete exercise class.  It was formulated to replace her original and new workout classes.

Includes 30 minute aerobics, which can be done at high or low intensity, or alternating for interval training and maximum fat burning.
