Jane Fonda's 1993 Yoga Exercise focuses on the "sun salutation," a connected series of poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance, with repeated practice this offers what Jane calls "an excellent full-body workout."
The program has clear instruction and is divided into three sections, any one of which can be practiced on its own. Includes 20 minutes of stretching and toning and 15 minutes of relaxation techniques.
